Discouragement in The Catcher in the Rye       The Catcher in the Rye by, J.D. Salinger is told through Holden the account in the story.  The setting of the novel happens in the 1940's mid 1950's.  Holden is sixteen years of age and he has a great deal of issues in his life.  He turns out to be genuinely discouraged to the point he can't manage individuals and life around him. The 1940's were not the same as today.  However, Holden Caulfield is like numerous different young people who experience the equivalent problems.          The 1940's were a period of nationalism.  Men needed to have an appearance of an intense attitude.  They were never permitted to let their genuine emotions appear. One of the significant reasons Holden becomes discouraged is the passing of his sibling Allie.  He portrayed is sibling as being only perfect.  He keeps this blame bolted up inside him since he accuses his demise for himself.  A memory that frequents him is the point at which he prohibited his sibling from a b-b firearm game.  Another memory that he clutched and was always unable to pardon himself for was when Allie asked Holden to go bicycle riding and he didn't go.  Holden didn't have a decent connection with his Mother or Father.  He required them the most just after the demise of Allie.  However, we see Holden shouting out assistance and consideration when he tossed a baseball through the window and broke it and still no one conversed with him.  His more seasoned sibling headed out to Hollywood. The just a single he worships is his more youthful sister Phoebe. He can converse with her and he thought she got him.   He was unable to manage reality.  He cited I am the most fantastic liar you at any point found in your life. He was unable to confront individuals not even himself.  He drank to cause himself to feel better yet it simply made him angrier.  Many adolecesents experience indistinguishable issues from Holden does.  They have nobody to turn to.  So they delve further into this opening and can't confront life. In any case, regardless, losing a friend or family member is likely the most difficult misfortune an individual can confront.
